Day by Day
Day 1 Mombasa to Tsavo East
Early morning drive from your Mombasa or coastal hotel to Tsavo East National Park.
On arrival, start your first morning game drive in Kenya’s largest park. Tsavo East is known for its red elephants and wide open plains. You may see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, leopards, waterbucks, impalas and many bird species.
Check in at the lodge and enjoy lunch. After lunch, relax at the camp before heading out for an afternoon game drive to search for more wildlife.
Dinner and overnight at Voi Safari Lodge or Sentrim Tarhi Camp.
Day 2 Tsavo East to Amboseli
After breakfast, depart Tsavo East and drive approximately 250 kilometers to Amboseli National Park.
On arrival, enjoy a game drive as you proceed to your lodge and check in for lunch. After lunch, relax at the lodge before an evening game drive in this magnificent park set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Search for lions, cheetahs, buffaloes and elephants, as well as many species of plains game.
Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Amboseli Camp or AA Lodge.
Day 3 Amboseli to Mombasa
After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive as you exit Amboseli National Park.
Before midday, stop for lunch at Lion Hill Camp or in Voi town.
After lunch, proceed to Mombasa, arriving in the afternoon at your coastal hotel with great safari memories.
